Clean pool but room was unkempt.

The location was quite good with easy access to restaurants, and the bed was comfortable, but the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathroom was less than ideal, and there were some issues with management, though the A/C worked well. Definitely a mixed experience.

The spacious Double Room was a pleasant surprise for my family, including our dog. We enjoyed the lovely pool area, and a visit to Rancho Guajome Adobe was a hit with the kids. The quick and friendly check-in made our stay easy.

In my wife’s opinion, a few more trees and landscaping would boost the charm for families.

the room was moldy with a horrible stink. it had a bad plumbing issue too. the price was low too.

Notably, the front desk staff were helpful and attentive, especially when they quickly provided us with a remote control. However, the wifi was patchy, and noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable. There were also some cleanliness issues that needed addressing.

The Franciscan Inn Motel offered a pleasant surprise with its spacious Queen Room and artistic wall decor. A cozy corner for relaxation made it a great stopover. Easy access on the ground floor and a reliable shower were additional bonuses.

Charming, Charming, Charming

I loved the cozy garden area where I could unwind with my morning coffee, surrounded by lush greenery. The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing escape after a day of exploring, perfect for a quick dip. Every corner felt like a good surprise

Not Recommended for Families

We finally got there after a long car ride and the kids were super tired, but the maid at least had cleaned the room well. The pillows were new and the towels were thick n fluffy, which was nice for some comfort after a rough drive.

A surprise stay turned sour

The room was spacious and clean, providing ample space to unwind after a long day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze.

Unfortunately, there were issues with noise from neighboring rooms, which affected my sleep. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable at times, causing frustration during my work hours.

the franciscan inn motel was a great stop with a spacious queen room that had a microwave and mini fridge. the helpful front desk guy went out of his way to bring us a remote control. the clean pool was inviting, and we loved the nearby restaurants, especially the good chinese food across the street.

The Queen Room was really spacious, but unfortunately, it had a terrible smell and I found some blood on the bathroom door. There was no shower head, which was super disappointing. It felt pretty run down overall. Couldn't sleep at all, and it seemed like a major waste of money.
